Buddies For Life

Yellowstone

Jace and Nicole came up and we went to Yellowstone thanks to Kelsey and Brady for the pass! It was so beautiful, I haven't been there in a long time.

When Scott got home from his mission all he ever talked about was he best friend Jace, who was his companion. In fact when he was on his mission that's all he would write me about. And come to think of it more often than not our conversations are about Jace. Haha, ok maybe not that drastic. But Scott and Jace are really good friends. They are the kind of friends that can be apart for months at a time then get together and pick back up where they left off.

Its funny because they have so much in common, and Nicole and I do too. 

Here are a few similarities that come to mind:

• Like one time Scott packed me a lunch with a sandwich. When I went to eat the sandwich there was nothing but bread, he forgot to put stuff in it. Well I was telling Nicole that story and she just laughed because Jace had done the same thing.
• They both played Highschool football and it was their life, but neither of them play now.
• They love all the same bands, which is weird because no one likes the same music as Scott. I always say he is a butt-rocker. But Jace and Nicole are just as much into the same music as him. When we are with them they all review bands and music and get really into it, I usually throw random thoughts out, they just laugh.
• Nicole and I both bought Jace and Scott "Rescurers Down Under" before their missions. What 18 yr. old do you know that "Rescurers Down Under" is their favorite movie?
• They both refuse to ask directions before its too late.
  
• They say the same thing at the same time, alot.... its almost creepy.
  
• They dress the same- notice the pictures, this was not on purpose.
  
• They  both have silent laughs.
• They make for really good husbands.

Nicole and I get left behind when we are together. Which is fine because Nicole is  awesome and she knows everything about So You Think You Can Dance.
